Undeniably, people enjoy much of the convenience brought about by computes which is also apparent in the workplaces.  Little did people know that this machine is taking the human positions that could lead to unemployment like the case of teachers and industrial/factory jobs.

Currently, teaching positions is in the brink of collapse it is a threat brought about by computers since many students are now going into computer-based schooling at home. The reason to prefer such kind of education is that there is a wide array of materials to be obtained and children or students can have their classes whenever and whatever time they want. Schooling individuals in such a manner can bring their laptops wherever they go and have their e-learning in their own time and it is cheaper. With such a given situation, people especially busy parent now consider this kind of education due to the fact that they do not need to fetch their children from school or prepare their lunches.

Another job position that is threatened by the power of computer is of those manual jobs. Jobs specifically in big factories or manufacturing companies are possible and are already on the steps of totally replacing humans to computers. Take Gardenia Company for instance. From the mixing of raw ingredients to its package, was taken over completely by machines mainly controlled by computers. Imagine how many workers should have done those processes from ingredient-mixing to packaging albeit done by lifeless things. To further support, other food industries are compelled with how computers are beneficial to raising productivity without the need to pay worker including their over-time salary. It will not be a surprise if in the coming days that industries could dismiss numbers of employees.

Upon providing some jobs being replaced by computers, unemployment without a doubt will arise within the society. Big companies and some government offices may then no longer need many hands thus limiting human workers to do some tasks necessary done only by them. Many people may lose their jobs and more and more fresh graduates will have a thin chance of being employed. This is not just a mere single problem that may result but out of this, more problems will create such as low economic status and crimes.

In conclusion, computers could make one’s life easier on a daily basis but one should consider its possible consequences with regards to job. Some jobs are already affected and it is then recommended that the government should make sure and regulate a balance of human and computers on every workplace area.
